The apartment “IL CASALE”

Perfect for a big family or a large group of friends (up to 7 people)

The guesthouse occupies the entire 100 m2 of the first floor of the building and has its own private access, through stairs and a small, covered terrace south facing the Umbrian hills. It has two double bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), one single bedroom and one bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has a dining table and is fully equipped with modern comforts such as electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is divided by an arch, in a sunny dining area, and a seating area around a big traditional old fire pit.
There is also a mezzanine with TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
“Il Casale” has a gazebo for its exclusive use close to the pool, with table and chairs.
The house is equipped with gas heating and is lovingly furnished with “antiques and poor” style furniture, and a personalized artistic touch; the ceilings have exposed wooden beams and the floors are made of parquet and antique terracotta.

The apartment “IL NIDO”

Perfect for couples, smaller families, bikers, walkers or pilgrims.

A lovely mini-apartment of ca. 40 square meters on the ground floor of the main building, with kitchenette, living room with Sofa bed (double bed) and a bedroom with a “French bed” (140 cm large) and a single bed (bunk bed) on top of it. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment is suitable for disabled use.

Perfect for families or groups of friends!

Facing a stunning panorama on the Tuscan hills, perfect for enjoying the sunset, The “Green” and “Blu” apartment have similar size of 60 sq. meter each, both designed with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The flats are perfect for groups of 4 people, however the sofa beds can allow accommodation up to 6.
A stove is available, as well as gas heating.
With the exception of the bathrooms, all the floors are in original terracotta, recovered from the old stables and mixed with river stones.
These bright apartments share a large (and separated) covered terrace, where you can eat for most of the year, surrounded by lovely trees and facing an enchanting view of the area.
Guests are asked to respect each others’ privacy and keep the volume down especially during resting hours.
